Electricity Act Schedule 9 statement consultation

The electricity industry potentially has significant impacts on the landscape and on items of natural and cultural heritage. These impacts are managed by a range of legislation, including Schedule 9 of the Electricity Act 1989 (as amended) ("the Act").
