Existing Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) have raised the potential of an affiliate business applying for and holding an electricity distribution licence.
We are inviting views on the potential implications of this and what effect it might have on customers.
We are also inviting views on what, if any, additional measures might be appropriate in such a case.
