Decision:
We are consulting on the options for implementing changes to the Transmission Demand Residual (TDR) following the Targeted Charging Review. We are minded-to approve WACM2, which has four bands for the TDR for transmission-connected final demand, and floors the forward-looking charge at 0. We are minded-to delay implementation by a year, to April 2023. The consultation closes on 5 July 2021.
