We have approved CMP343 WACM2, relating to the Targeted Charging Review Significant Code Review. This implements our changes to the Transmission Demand Residual (TDR), applying four bands for the TDR for transmission-connected final demand and flooring the forward-looking charge at 0. The changes will take effect from April 2023.
