Zenobe Brindley Limited - Notice of grant of an electricity generation licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE

The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 21 August 2023 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Zenobe Brindley Limited (company number 12246501) whose registered office is situated at First Floor, Burdett House, 15-16 Buckingham Street, London, WC2N 6DU, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
