In line with government guidelines, Ofgem staff are mostly working from home and we are offering a reduced service on the phone lines.
Monday: 09:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 16:30
Tuesday: 09:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 16:30
Wednesday: 09:30 – 12:30, no afternoon service
Thursday: 09:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 16:30
Friday: 09:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 16:00
