We’re experiencing high call volumes at the moment. If your supplier is no longer trading, Ofgem will appoint a new supplier for you and the new supplier will contact you directly. For current updates, check who's taken over your energy supply.

If you have been disconnected or are off supply, please contact:

  • Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 0808 223 1133 or use their online webchat
