NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 15 November 2021 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Switch Business Gas and Power Ltd (company number 09310083) whose registered office is situated at Granta Lodge, 71 Graham Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 2JS, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
