MRA CP 0251, DTC CP 3521 and MAP CP 0293 - Balance Agreement and Transfer for Smart (BATS)

The modification aimed to facilitate a new process – Balance Assignment and Transfer for Smart - to address a number of perceived issues with the current smart Change of Supplier process. 

The Authority rejected these proposals on 9 March 2018.
