DCP162 sought to amend the DCUSA, specifically the Common Connections Charging Methodology (CCCM), to include further worked examples of connection charging arrangements associated with 'non-secure' connections, including the calculation of the associated connection charges.

The Authority approved this modification on 15 October 2014.
