DCP264 seeks to amend the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA), clarifying that the Energy Theft Tip Off Line Service (ETTOS) will form a separate and discrete service, interacting with the TRAS rather than being procured as part of it. CP16/325 makes equivalent changes to the Supply Point Administration Agreement (SPAA).
