Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement DCP160 - Non-half hourly notional capacity

DCP160 seeks to amend the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) to more closely align the treatment of half hourly settled (HH) and non-half hourly settled (NHH) consumers within the Common Distribution Charging Methodology (CDCM) by determining a notional NHH capacity which includes a degree of unused or spare capacity comparable to the unused or spare capacity paid for by HH consumers
