The following form should be completed by market participants required to register with Ofgem under REMIT as amended, or by market participants already registered with Ofgem who require to amend their registration details. In order to upload the registration data safely, following the process set out in the REMIT Registration User Guide, market participants should e-mail Ofgem to request a secure link. The form should not be submitted as an e-mail attachment.
