Our interconnector policy review will consider our regulatory policy and approach to new electricity interconnectors. This open letter outlines the intent of this review, the background to our cap and floor regime, and the planned workstreams that will be undertaken to deliver the objectives.
We recognise the value of stakeholder input into the review process and will be using a targeted engagement approach. As such, we invite stakeholders to comment on the scope and notify us of their interest in this review.
