Please note: Section 7(2) of the Gas Act 1986 and section 11A(2) of the Electricity Act 1989 require applicants for a gas or electricity licence to publish notice of their application. This is not a notice of licence grant. Interested parties may provide representations to this notice of application. Ofgem has recently announced the amendment of the time period for assessing supply licence applications to nine months.
