INEOS Energy Trading Limited - Notice of grant of a gas shipper licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE

Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 13 April 2018 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to INEOS Energy Trading Limited (company number 11007244) whose registered office is situated at Hawkslease, Chapel Lane, Lyndhurst, SO43 7FG, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
