Our December 2015 consultation on the future of retail market regulation stated our ambition to reform the regulatory framework that applies to the domestic supply market.
Building on the feedback to our consultation and our own analysis, this letter outlines our plan for reducing unnecessary prescription and introducing principles in the electricity and gas domestic supply licences. It also sets out how we intend to adapt the way we operate and put our rules into practice.
