This page contains the latest and historical copies of the ET Price Control Financial model since the start of the RIIO-ET2 price control.
Under Part D of Special Condition 8.1 of the Electricity Transmission Licence, the Authority is required to publish the Financial Model it will use for the AIP in each regulatory year. These models are denoted “ET2 PCFM for AIP 202X”.
Part C of Special Condition 8.1 provides for the Authority to make modifications to the ET2 PCFM. These modifications are published during each regulatory year and are shown in the list of subsidiary documents below with the suffix "C01", "C02", and so on.
The version of the PCFM published following an AIP is titled "ET2 PCFM November 202X" until regulatory year 2022. Starting from regulatory year 2023, the version of the PCFM published following an AIP is titled "ET2 PCFM AIP 202X."
