This page contains the latest and historical copies of the ESO Price Control Financial Model (PCFM) since the beginning of the RIIO-ESO price control.
Under part D of Special Condition 5.1 of the Electricity Transmission Licence, the Authority is required to maintain a consolidated version of the ESO PCFM on its website.
Part C of Special Condition 8.1 provides for the Authority to make modifications to the ESO PCFM. These modifications are published during each regulatory year and are shown in the list of subsidiary documents below with the suffix "C01", "C02", and so on.
Before each Annual iteration Process, the Authority publishes a consolidated version of the ESO PCFM to be used for the upcoming AIP, titled " ESO PCFM for AIP 202X".
The version of the PCFM published following an AIP is titled "ESO PCFM November 202X".
