You can also tell us about any extenuating circumstances that you think we should consider.

Therefore, if your review request concerns an existing Domestic RHI accreditation, please contact us from the email address registered on the account in question.
Your review request will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will aim to reach a decision within 20 working days. We may contact you with additional questions or clarifications during this time. In circumstances where we are unable to provide a full response within 20 working days, we will provide an update within this time.
If you feel we have been unable to resolve your review and you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman via your MP.
