In November 2022, we consulted on changes to the ESO Roles Guidance document. This was to ensure the ESO Roles Guidance was revised appropriately to complement our Draft Determinations on the ESO’s second business plan and cycle (BP2) under the RIIO-2 price control.
We have reviewed the responses we received and have set out our finalised ESO Roles Guidance.
The ESO’s regulatory and incentives framework for BP2, including the updated ESO Roles Guidance, will come into effect from 1 April 2023.
