NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 08 December 2017 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to BP Gas Marketing Limited (company number 00908982) whose registered office is situated at Chertsey Road, Sunbury On Thames, Middlesex, TW16 7BP, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
