Modifications to charging methodologies

For most aspects of distribution charging, the Distribution Network Operators use common methodologies that are set out in the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA).  They can be modified through the DCUSA open governance process, in which we make the final decision.

Some aspects of the charging methodologies are not set out in the DCUSA document, or were only recently added to the DCUSA document.  This section contains information about changes to any of those aspects.
