RIIO‑3 interim Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRP) and Price Control Financial Model (PCFM) guidance for electricity transmission, gas transmission and gas distribution

Details of outcome

Following the consultation published on 26 May 2026 on the Interim Regulatory Reporting Pack (RRP) and Guidance for Electricity Transmission (ET), Gas Transmission (GT) and Gas Distribution (GD) under RIIO-3, we are now publishing our decision.

The consultation closed on 23 June 2026. Having considered responses from licensees and feedback received through stakeholder engagement, we have decided to issue the Interim RRP and Guidance for all three sectors.

Consultation description

We are consulting on the proposed interim Regulatory Reporting Pack containing only the revenue sheets and the associated PCFM guidance for Electricity Transmission (ET), Gas Transmission (GT) and Gas Distribution (GD) sectors that licensees are going to use for the Annual Iteration Process this year.

These interim RRPs will subsequently be incorporated into the full RRPs in time for the reporting submission due in July 2027, relating to the 2026 to 2027 reporting year.
