Consultation description
As part of the RIIO-2 price control, network companies can apply for additional allowances via re-opener mechanisms. We are consulting on our draft determinations following our assessment of the application under Load Related Expenditure Re-opener submitted by SSEN in October 2025.
Who should respond
We particularly welcome responses from those with an interest in electricity transmission and distribution networks. We also welcome responses from other interested stakeholders.
