Derogation notice to delay the introduction of exit substitution and baseline revision methodology statements

This is a decision document which delays the introduction of NGG’s licence obligation to implement Exit Capacity Substitution and Exit Capacity Revision Methodology, so as to allow more time to develop a methodology.
