Decision on 2023 modifications to the Regulatory Financial Performance Reporting (RFPR) for RIIO-2

On 14 April 2023, the Authority issued a Notice proposing modifications to the RFPR template and the accompanying RIGs for Gas and Electricity Transmission networks, Gas Distribution networks and the Electricity System Operator.
We are now publishing the modified versions of the RFPR template and RIGs, following the receipt of stakeholder feedback on the Notice. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the reporting requirements for network licensees and will take effect from 01 July 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, annual reporting information submitted in respect of the 2022/23 regulatory year should comply with the RFPR template and RIGs, as modified.
The RFPR RIGs is tracked to show the location of modifications relative to previously published versions.
