Paragraph 1 of Standard Licence Condition 4 and paragraph 9 of Standard Licence Condition 4B of the Gas Transporter Licence require the licensee to provide the Authority with statements containing specific information as required in the licence. Murphy Gas Networks Limited have submitted statements in pursuance of these licence requirements. These statements are titled the Charges for Transportation Arrangements statement and the New connection, Adoption and System Exit Charges Statement.
