In our October 2019 reopener decision for Specified Street Works Costs (SSWC), we indicated that we intend to consult on modifications to CRC 3F.25 in WPD’s licences to correct an oversight in the definition of the SSWC. This consultation seeks views on these modifications, and on corresponding modifications to the ED1 Price Control Financial Handbook (fast-track licensees).
