Decision:
As part of the Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) licence application process for Harlaxton Energy Networks Limited, we are publishing a consultation notice under section 8A(3) of the Electricity Act 1989. The modification inserts into the licence a new section BA which would include the following amended standard conditions :
(a) Standard Licence Condition BA1. Not used;
(b) Standard Licence Condition BA2. Regulation of charging arrangements;
(c) Standard Licence Condition BA3. Credit Rating of Licensee; and
(d) Standard Licence Condition BA4. Indebtedness.
