This statutory consultation sets out the proposed modifications to the ESO licence conditions to implement our RIIO-2 Business Plan 2 (BP2) Final Determinations and improve the clarity of the licence and its relationship with the Price Control Financial Instruments (PCFIs) and the ESO Price Control Financial Handbook (PCFH) following our Price Control Financial Model (PCFM) Working Groups earlier in the year.
