UNC665 - Changes to [the] ratchet regime

This modification removes the exposure of Class 2 supply points to the ‘ratchet’ liability charges, and allows gas transporters to require sites which they determine pose a risk to the operation of their network to be daily metered.
The Authority approved this modification on 29 March 2019.
