This document provides generating stations using fossil-derived bioliquids with guidance on the legislative requirements of the Renewables Obligation (RO). This is an updated version of the guidance previously published in July 2014. We have updated it to account for changes to legislative references as a result of the Renewables Obligations Order 2015 coming into force 1 December 2015.
