On 31 May 2022, National Grid Gas Plc. (NGG) provided notification in accordance with Standard Special Condition B4 ‘Notification of changes that may affect eligibility’ of the Gas Transporter Licence held by the Licensee. This document sets out the Authority’s decision under section 8N of the Gas Act 1986 on the review of the certification basis under section 8K(5).
