ECAP Renewables Staythorpe Ltd - Notice of grant of an electricity generation licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE



The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 13 May 2022 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to ECAP Renewables Staythorpe Ltd (company number 13665771) whose registered office is situated at 8 Queen Street, London, W1J 5PD, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
