Decision on technical changes to the price cap methodology

In June 2023 we consulted on a number of minor technical changes to the way in which we process modelling inputs used in the calculation of the price cap. These changes relate to our calculation of Contracts for Difference (CFD), the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) and the calculation of unidentified gas (UIG). We have carefully considered stakeholder feedback and this document sets out our decision to implement the proposed changes from cap period 11a (October 2023 - December 2023) onwards.
