Decision relating to a modified set of gas distribution regulatory instructions and guidance (RIGs) and reporting templates for 2014/15 annual reporting. The documents are found below.
In March we issued a Notice under paragraph 10 of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence granted to the Licensees under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986. We asked for views on the gas distribution draft RIGs and reporting templates for 2014/15 annual reporting. The consultation ended on 28 April 2015.
We are now publishing the modified RIGS in this Direction under paragraph 8 of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence granted to the Licensees under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986.
