Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) P253 and P265 Modifications to improve the accuracy of the Credit calculations

These propsals seek to address inaccuracies in the credit calculation for supplier volume allocation, eg (i) forecasting data; (ii) bank holidays; and, (iii) embedded generation.
