NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 14 June 2018 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Coniston Energy Limited (company number 11212036) whose registered office is situated at C/O Critchleys Llp, Beaver House, 23-38 Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX1 2EP, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
