We are consulting on proposed changes to the Electricity (Connection Standards of Performance) Regulations 2015. These standards need to be updated to reflect the decisions made as part of our RIIO-ED2 Final Determinations. Specifically, we are proposing to update the amounts that relevant electricity operators are required to pay to customers in the event of failing to meet the standards of performance set out in the regulations.
