Decision:
This consultation seeks views on the development of competition in Western Power Distribution’s (WPD’s) Distribution Service Areas (DSAs). It follows the submission to us by WPD of ‘Competition Notices’ on 31 October 2013 for its 4 DSAs in relation to one Relevant Market Segment - ‘Distributed Generation HV and EHV work'.
WPD’s Competition Notices are available to view on our website. The deadline for responses to this consultation has been extended to Monday 27 January 2014.
