This consultation seeks views and evidence on whether suppliers are incurring additional wholesale costs, beyond existing allowances in the cap in summer 2022 and winter 2022 as a result of wholesale price volatility. We do not currently have a minded to position on whether an adjustment is required. The final decision will depend on further evidence and responses we receive.
