This document lays out our expectations for non-domestic suppliers going into this winter period, and provides an update for stakeholders on the progress and direction of the market review and subsequent policy development, following the conclusion of the Non-domestic market review: Findings and Policy consultation.
We have included a draft update to the Standards of Conduct Guidance with respect to supply licence condition 0A alongside this document. This update adds in examples from non-domestic work and we invite stakeholders to comment on it.
Finally, we are publishing the final Guidance on Deemed Contracts.
