The first meeting of the External Design Advisory Group (EDAG) was held on 14th January 2016. This first meeting allowed for the aims and processes of the Switching Programme to be set out to external stakeholders.
The second meeting is scheduled to take place at Ofgem's offices on 11 February 2016.
