ECO2: Chartered Surveyor Recommended Measure Report

Before installing certain Energy Company Obligation (ECO) energy efficiency measures in homes, they must be recommended by a chartered surveyor, or via a Green Deal report.
This is the case for all Carbon Emissions Reduction Obligation (CERO) measures and Carbon Saving Community Obligation (CSCO) measures, except district heating. The chartered surveyor can use the report template below.
Where this template is completed accurately and in full, it will meet the minimum requirements for recommending a measure. The requirements for recommending a measure through a chartered surveyor report are detailed on page 12 of the ECO2 Guidance: Delivery.
Suppliers may adapt the format of this template, provided that the content is not changed. Suppliers may submit adapted versions to us before use for confirmation that they are acceptable.
