Following our Notice on 17 September 2015 to modify Special Condition 4A (Restriction of System Operator Internal Revenue), Special Condition 4L (EMR Dispute Resolution Incentive) and Special Condition 7D (Arrangements for the recovery of SO uncertain costs) to the Electricity Transmission Licence held by NGET, we received one representation by NGET on 25 September 2015.
The representation highlighted minor typographical changes to Special Condition 4A which have now been corrected.
The modification is due to take effect on and from 1 April 2016.
