On 31 March 2021, we published draft versions of our Business Plan Data Templates (BPDTs), Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) templates, and all associated instructions and guidance for the RIIO Electricity Distribution (ED) 2 price control which will run from April 2023 until March 2028. These were used by the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) when submitting draft business plans to the RIIO-ED2 Challenge Group in July 2021.
This is the final set of Business Plan Data Templates (BPDTs), Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) templates and associated instructions and guidance for the RIIO Electricity Distribution (ED) 2 price control which will run from April 1 2023 until March 31 2028. The final BPDTs will be populated by the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and submitted to Ofgem by 1st December 2021 along with the DNOs final Business Plans.
