This letter sets out our decision to confirm the changes to the Social Obligation Reporting (SOR) for supplier performance following a consultation in May 2016. This consultation made changes to two data points where there had been concerns raised in an earlier consultation in September 2015. The data items we are adding relate to our future monitoring of the smart prepayment market. This letter should be read alongside the updated direction and guidance on the SOR.
