Changes to the Non-Domestic RHI

The government regularly reviews policy, which means the rules can change for both existing and new participants. To join the scheme and keep receiving your payments, it’s important you keep up to date with the scheme rules.

We’ll publish information about policy changes in this section, the content and timing of which will be subject to parliamentary process.

Our updates are based on information provided by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
