When you submitted your Domestic RHI application you will also have set up your own member area. This is called MyRHI.
By signing into this page you’ll be able to check the status of your application(s) and see if there’s anything you need to do (if you weren’t accepted onto the scheme automatically).
Our application systems are automated, but in some cases we need more information before we can decide if your application is eligible. If your application is placed into review, a member of our team will contact you within five working days to inform you of this, and explain the reason(s) why. Please note that a random selection of all applications are put into review for quality assurance purposes also. For more detailed information, see our Helpsheet: What to do if your application is in review.
You can view your existing applications, check your payment schedule, sign your annual declarations, supply meter readings and update your personal details. We have a helpsheet to explain how MyRHI works.
Do I have to do anything once I’m on the scheme?
When you sign up to the scheme you also agree to comply with your ongoing obligations. These are effectively your responsibilities in relation to you, your property and your heating system. Have a look at our Ongoing obligations webpage to see what’s required of you.
Every year you’re a member on the scheme, you must complete . We ask you to do this every year because the scheme is funded by public money and we must ensure that you’re continuing to follow the scheme rules, so that we can pay you the correct amount of money for the renewable heat your heating system produces.
We also carry out checks in the form of audit checks to make sure participants are complying with the scheme rules. For more information on what’s required of you if your heating system is selected, see our webpage on Audit checks.
