ECO4 Delivery guidance

The ECO4 Delivery guidance and measures table are for suppliers and the supply chain. They provide guidance on the fourth Energy Company Obligation scheme, ECO4, including:

• how a supplier meets its obligations
• the eligibility of different homes and the households that occupy them
• the eligibility of different energy efficiency measures
• the measure and project notification processes
• measure and project scores
• technical and score monitoring
• auditing and counter-fraud processes

This guidance document has been updated to reflect the government’s extension to the ECO4 scheme to 31 December 2026. See the summary of updates document for summaries of changes between versions of the Delivery Guidance and Measures Table.
